This Plum Crumble Recipe is the perfect mix of sweet tangy plums and delicious crunchy topping. Made with fresh plums it’s amazing with cream or ice cream!

Ingredients
500g of sliced plums
120g of softened butter
120g of lightly packed brown sugar
90g of rolled oats
150g of self-raising flour
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F)
Place plums into a large baking dish (can be square or rectangular) mine was 29 cm square.
Combine butter, sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined and resembling a coarse crumbly mixture.
Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the plums and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool for around 5 minutes before serving with cream or ice cream.
