Total time
This yummy 2 ingredient coconut bark is one of the most addictive snacks I have ever made! Everyone loves it so it doesn’t last long in our house!
Recipe type: Dessert, Snack
Cuisine: Chocolate
Serves: 10
  • 1½ cups (290g) of dark chocolate melts
  • ⅔ cup (40g) of coconut flakes*
  1. Line a 24 cm square (10 inch) baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate melts into a microwave safe container and heat for 1 minute on medium power.
  3. Stir chocolate and repeat heating it in 1 minute bursts until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in half of the coconut and then spread the mixture into the prepared tin.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the coconut over the top.
  6. Place baking tin into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set hard.
  7. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
  8. Store bark in an airtight container in the fridge.
*The brand of organic coconut flakes that I buy has quite big flakes so I have broken them up just a little bit. To do this I put the flakes into a press seal bag and break them up into smaller flakes. You don’t have to do that if you don’t want to.
