Description
These Walnut Raisin Energy Balls are very quick and easy to make. You simply blitz everything up in the food processor and then roll them in coconut!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/4 cups of milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and desiccated coconut into a food processor fitted with an āSā blade.
- Process ingredients until the walnuts are reduced to fine pieces and a sticky mixture is formed.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse several times until the chips are chopped up into small flakes.
- Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture into a ball and then roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
- Store in an airtight container.
