Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate melts
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (I used canola)
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of peppermint flavouring extract
Instructions
- Place chocolate melts in microwave safe container and heat on high for 30 seconds (if required heat further in 10 second bursts until chocolate is melted).
- Stir chocolate thoroughly so it is smooth and has no lumps.
- Add the oil and peppermint and mix well.
- Drizzle over ice cream as required.
Notes
Will store at room temperature for a few days.
