If you’re looking for some great recipe, craft, DIY, or gardening inspiration then you need to check out these awesome links that I saw during October!
Oh my goodness I can’t believe that it‘s November already, where did the year go! All the shops are starting to fill up with Christmas displays but I am trying to avoid looking at them just yet. Actually I have a niece and a nephew that both have birthdays this month so I will be doing some shopping for birthday presents before I think about any Christmas shopping!
For now though I am going to put off thinking about birthdays and Christmas for a bit longer. Today’s post is all about looking back at some of the great links that I saw during October. As usual I will be sharing the direct link as well as a Pinterest pin. That way you can check the link out straight away or pin it for later.
I am going to stick with tradition and start with my favourite food links first. Like this Chicken Pesto Pizza from The Blond Cook. This looks like a quick and easy pizza that would go wonderfully with my easy pizza base!
While we’re talking pizza; what about this Homemade Cheesy Pizza Bread that I saw over at Picky Palate. Just looking at this makes me hungry!
As the weather warms up I have been looking at salads lately. This Egg Salad from Center Cut Cook looks good. I’ll have to give it a try when we have a barbeque!
I can’t resist an apple cake so I had to include this delicious looking Caramel Apple Crumb Cake from Angela over at The Mighty Mrs. I could go a piece of this right now!
Another link that I just had to share was this recipe for No Bake Snickers Crunch Bars from Mom on Time Out. I’m going to have to have a go at making this; it looks so good!
The last recipe link that I wanted to share was for this Chocolate Spider Cake that I saw over at Sprinkle Bakes. I’m not a big fan of spiders but when they come in the form of chocolate cake then they’re okay!
Leaving food behind; I love these cute little Gourde Candle Holders from Garden Therapy. I’m always amazed at the crafty things people do with gourds!
And what about this cool DIY Mod Podge Fabric Rug that I saw over at Damask Love! I love the idea of creating a unique rug using fabric!
Our cats Maddy and Wally would love this DIY Cat House from Caroline over at Burkatron. There would probably be a race to see who could get in first!
I also couldn’t resist sharing this cute DIY Embroidered Strainer Art that I saw at Design Sponge. What a great piece of art for the kitchen!
I have lots of rose bushes in my garden and I sometimes see some suckers growing. This link from Gardening Know How provides some great information about identifying and Removing Rose Suckers.
My final link from October is from Brit & Co and it gives a roundup of some great Washi Tape Halloween Decorations. I love how even the most ordinary of objects can be jazzed up with washi tape!
Well that is all of the links that I have to share from October. I hope you enjoyed seeing these links as much as I did. Head on over to my Pinterest Page if you would like to see some more of the great links that I have seen recently.
