Links I Love from November

Last updated on: December 7, 2015 By Kaylene Filed Under: Links I Love Leave a Comment

Links I Love from November 2015Welcome back to another Links I Love post where I share some of my favourite links from the previous month. Today I am looking back at some of the great posts that I saw during November.

My featured photo this month is paying tribute to our vegetable garden which is roaring back to life now that we are officially into summer! The tomatoes that are pictured were from a volunteer tomato bush that popped up at the end of last summer. I managed to keep the plant alive over winter inside a cold frame and it has rewarded us with some yummy tomatoes!

This month I am extra excited about sharing my links I love favourites because I am now sharing a large Pinterest pin for each link. This seems to be a feature that Pinterest has just enabled and I think that it is wonderful that I can show you a large photo of these great links!

So as usual you can repin the image if you want to have a look later or you can also click on the direct link if you would like to read more now. So let’s get started shall we!

What better place to start than with these Easy Pizza Smashed Potatoes from Ashley over at The Recipe Rebel. We often get lots of small potatoes from our potato plants so these appetizers would be a great use for them – and they look delicious too!

These Sweet Potato Wedges with Honey Chipotle Dipping Sauce that I saw over at Chef in Training also look wonderful. I would love to snack on some of these!

Continuing with the vegetable theme, how good does this Potato Lasagne from Emily at A Mummy Too look! This is one recipe that I plan to try out!

I also had to share this yummy looking Cheesy Baked Spaghetti that I saw over at Love Bakes Good Cakes. I love a good pasta bake!

We have a Meyer lemon tree in a pot that gives us plenty of lemons, so this recipe for Meyer Lemon Pudding Cakes from 24 Carrot Kitchen caught my eye. If you don’t already know I can’t resist a sweet lemon recipe!

You also have to check out these Fresh Apple Cookies that I saw over at Real Working Girl. These would be great as a breakfast cookie.

If you want a quick cheesecake fix you can’t go past this recipe for Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip that I saw over at Buns in My Oven. I love that this cheesecake dip can be whipped up in a matter of minutes!

The last recipe link that I want to share is for this Gooey Sugar Cookie Caramel Pudding Cake from Megan at With Salt and Wit. Any recipe that includes the words cookie, pudding, and cake must be good! 😉

To prove that I don’t just look at food all the time I thought that I’d better share some other links!

Like this cool beauty link showing how to make your own DIY Glitter Glue for your eyes from The Beauty Department. I don’t usually add glitter to my eyelids but I still think that it is a cool tip!

I don’t have a dog at the moment but I love this DIY Easy to Sew Dog Bed Cover from Sarah Hearts. Often the insides of a dog bed are still okay, so this would be a great way to freshen up an old dog bed.

With Christmas fast approaching I wanted to share some of the great Christmas links that I have seen. Like these cute Mini Christmas Trees from Is Laura.

And I just love the look of this Paper Christmas Star Lantern that I saw over at Craft Hunter.

Another cool idea for some DIY Christmas decorations is these Temporary Tattoo Ornaments from Rachel at The Crafted Life. I really like the look of these and they look so quick to make!

My final link is for these Colouring Christmas Cards from We Are Scout. What a lovely idea to send a personally decorated Christmas card – and they look amazing too!

Well I hope you enjoyed checking out the Links I Love from November, don’t forget  if you want to see more great links check out my Pinterest page!
